BONE-IN PRIME RIB

 (Only Available During The Holiday Season) A whole bone-in prime rib has seven bones. You carve one slice with the bone and one slice boneless. So you get one (king cut) with the bone and one (queen cut) without the bone. For a total of thirteen cuts per whole rib (7 Ribs). USDA CHOICE or HIGHER Approx. 18 lb. figure about 1 1/4 lb. per person. You can order from 3 1/2 to 18 lb   prime rib roast
